Technical Project Manager - IT

Role : Technical Project Manager

Work experience : 6 to 7 years

Location : Bangalore

Role and Responsibilities :

- Build and manage a technology team

- Plan and execute on the technology roadmap of 3 key projects

- Company Experience Transformation

- Member experience transformation

- Service delivery transformation

This would mean creating or integrating with SaaS platforms and creating core capabilities for the company. Will need to setup best practices for technology, work with Chief Digital Officer, Product and UX teams and create and manage the roadmap. Will be responsible for Speed, Quality and Cost of technology.

- Key outcomes expected from the role in next 2-4 quarters

- Setup a solid technical team.

- Create a roadmap for technology and deliver the key projects around Mobile app for Members, Building and transforming our existing platform, supporting new products

Requirement Criteria :

- 5 to 7 years of experience. Someone who has been a developer and engineer and worked on the stack mentioned

- Someone who has seen some problems of scale and Ability to multi task

- Individual needs to be exposed to Node.js, Mongo, Amazon AWS, Angular, React, Rabbit MQ, CRM tools. Passionate about technology, mature enough to work with CxO of the company and willing to move to a more strategic position in 1-2 years

- Individual who has built quick and scalable platforms ( Been part of some successful startups). Should have solved a range of problems around product and engineering.

- Should have built and rolled out a Consumer Facing Mobile App
