Technical Project Manager About Us TagMango is looking for an experienced Product/Project Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. Responsibilities: - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth - Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact - Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources - Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members - Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed - Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding - Represent the company virtually to customers to solicit feedback on company products and services - Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results. - Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, and answering questions and requests. - Works with marketing and sales departments to ensure product success and market growth - Completes operational requirements and meets product development deadlines by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results, including quality control and testing. Requirements and skills: - Understanding of the marketplace - Leadership and team management - Data analytics and metrics management skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail - Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills - Organizational, planning, and documentation skills - Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously - Experience drafting Product and Market Requirements Documents - Familiarity with Agile work management and/or the ability to effectively communicate complex processes within and across teams - Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, or a field tied to the product's sector (tech, finance, etc.) required, master's in engineering or MBA a plus - Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle - 3-5 years relevant work experience, including project management experience prior management experience a plus - Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology and/or workflow management tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Advanced time management and analytical skills - Excellent client-facing communication skills - Strong attention to deadlines - Proven experience in project management - Must have a basic idea of Web Development, Mobile Development and related Technologies specifically MERN & React Native. - Experience as an IT project manager for more than 3+ years - Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously Location - WFH Date of Joining - Immediately
