Role description : As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to delivery. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Create detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring that all project stakeholders understand the scope and objectives.

2. Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including developers, testers, and other team members. Ensure that team members have the necessary tools and support to complete their tasks.

3. Scrum Management: Implement and oversee Scrum methodologies to facilitate effective team collaboration and ensure project milestones are met.

4. Delivery Tracking: Utilize tools such as JIRA to track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.

5. Customer Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and executives. Provide regular project status updates and reports, addressing customer concerns and ensuring alignment with client goals.

6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may affect project timelines or budgets.

7. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project deliverables. Ensure that code written in .NET Technologies meets high-quality standards and is free from defects.

8. Budget Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures. Keep the project within budget and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in project management within mobile app development using .Net technologies.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
