Technical Project Manager - ELM Experience

NOTE: As this professional will be supporting the ELM program, ELM exp is mandatory to have.

Job Summary :

The Project Manager is responsible for executing a complex project supporting Business and IT goals and spanning across worldwide teams. This position offers the opportunity to work in a globally distributed team. You will work closely with the Product Manager of the application supporting "Product Requirements and Test Management" (PRTM) and interact with various levels of the organization.

Primary responsibilities :

- Plan and coordinate execution i.e. detailed project plan, progress tracking, issues and risks

- Successfully deliver project deliverables on plan and on budget

- Manage budget and resources

- Engaging and driving resources (internal and external) assigned to the project

- Ensure compliance to IT processes

- Report progress to Project board/team, Project Business lead and the Product manager

Job qualifications :

- Experience in Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodology

- At least 10 years of related experience, capable of managing multiple complex tracks in parallel

- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written

- Collaborates to achieve objectives. Build network inside and outside the organization

- Understanding of business process definition, requirement gathering and documentation of functional specs will be a plus

- Solution-oriented and has a 'do it, try it, fix it' mentality. Drives results

- Proactive, willing to speak up, structured

- Eager to work in an international environment
