Currently we are in look out for professionals for the position of Technical Project Manager - BPM Tool Deployment for a leading MNC BPO to be based in Chennai.

Role Description

- Responsible for managing deployment of selected products and solutions across various offices (Back office and Front office) globally

- Responsible to get user requirements and responsible for configuration, enhancement and integration with core system (if required, modify) of selected product and deploy in a phased manner to create a Global Shared Service Delivery platform for all processes

- Driving Vendors and User groups strongly to achieve corporate objectives of process and performance excellence

- Lead the deployment planning and execution for large, complex projects requiring integration of multiple technologies across multiple products

Exposures Required:

- Corporate Product Deployment (IT/Technical)

- Project Management Experience and Use of a structured SDLC and experience with a formal change management process.

- Strong Vendor’s team management

- Requirement Management

- User Expectation Management

- Solution Architect, Integration and Deployment (of multiple technologies requiring integration)

- Change Management

- Preferred candidate may have strong process orientation and BPO experience
