Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

- Responsible for the complete SW Project from requirements to delivery

- Prepare SW Project Estimation, Costing and Project Planning by aligning with Customer, development teams, vendors.

- Handling a SW development & testing team of size 10 - 15.

- Technically drive the Project towards milestone deliveries.

- Responsible for capacity planning, competence buildup of the team

- Perform QA activities as required for project success and meeting Quality targets.

- Support for the acquisition of projects

- Stakeholder Management: Project Status reporting, Customer satisfaction, Vendor engagement, Team handling etc.

- Status reporting for customer reviews and management reviews

- Identify and Implement productivity improvement measures.

- Should Lead, self-driven and motivate the team to achieve the project goals and customer expectation.

Knowledge & desired skills required:

- Hands-on experience in Automotive SW Project Management.

- Very strong technical knowledge on Embedded System concepts and AUTOSAR architecture.

- Good hands-on working experience in Hardware near Software (Complex Device Drivers)

- Experience in Inter ECU Communication and Diagnostic Communication.

- Good knowledge in usage of Project Management Tools for SDLC.

- Experience in working with Matrix Teams

- Highly initiative with a passion to learn & understand new topics.

- Should be proactive & able to work independently.

- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge PEP process (Quality Gates), ASPICE, ISO26262, Cyber security would be an added advantage.

Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech
