Technical Project Manager ( AS/ 400 )

Location : Pune / Hyderabad

Experience : 12- 15 Years

- Proficient in managing projects in Agile, RUP and Waterfall methodologies

- Proficient in managing projects in IBM iSeries (AS/400 and Mainframe)

- Hands on with AS400 - RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, CLLE. Another set with COBOL/ILE or COBOL/400 and CL/400. DB/400 will be the database

- Good knowledge on SYNON or any other real time products for online applications with batch FTP process

- Banking domain and Financial background is a plus

- Banking Product knowledge, architect/Design, Batch Optimization and performance tuning experience will be a huge plus

- Independent and having good analytical and communication skills. Need to be a good team player with smart ideas.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred

Responsibilities :

- Involved in preparing project estimates and customer negotiations

- Risk identification and Tracking

- Coordinating and Preparing SOW for the project

- Business Analysis for on-going Ticket resolutions

- Recruitment of team members

- Preparing the Project Planning documents

- Preparing the Quality process and procedure documents

- Performing Project Control & Tracking Activities

- Providing estimations for projects & enhancements

- Coordinating the Knowledge transfer effort

- Recruitment of team members

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Enginering or MCA/MS in Computer Science will be preferred
