Technical Project Manager

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to help us deliver a wide variety of projects. This includes in-house tech products (e.g. plugins and e-commerce web apps), as well as tech projects for our clients (building gamification plugins, developing APIs, designing UX, etc).

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working with internal and external clients to understand project goals

- Preparing proposals, including terms, cost, and milestones

- Ensuring we have the right resources and vendors needed to deliver a given project and hiring where necessary

- Handling unexpected changes in project requirements or roadblocks

- Ensuring on-time delivery, and happy customers.

- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

- Delegating tasks to team members and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

- Preparing HLD and LLD documents, for modules, Ensuring quality deliverables as per expectations with close coordination with the team.

Additional Information :

- Tech familiarity: PHP, React JS, HTML, CSS

- Ecommerce Startup experience

- Experience in handling Tech Team and UX designers

Note: If a candidate is from Tier 1 institute: Experience of 1 - 3 years is also acceptable at a startup.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of relevant experience

- Thorough understanding of tech fundamentals, especially cloud computing and API / UX development processes.

- Familiarity with common project management tools, e.g. JIRA, BitBucket, Trello, Slack, etc

- Strong business acumen in project planning and management

- Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken English
