Who are you:

- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline or relevant experience.

- You have 8-12 years of relevant engineering experience in tech design, delivery, program management and stakeholder management.

- You have very strong communication skills both written and verbal and have experience in communicating with senior management.

- You have strong skills in writing good documents to communicate High Level Tech Design, Product and Business Details as well as Processes.

- You should have a good understanding of tech design and architecture and effectively participate and collaborate with tech stakeholders.

- You understand and are interested to consider the hustle of a startup and embrace dealing with ambiguity

- You are a good team player

- You are curious, a quick learner and someone who loves to experiment
