Technical Program Manager - IT

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

- Bachelor's degree with any stream with IT experience. 

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time across locations is a must. 

- 3+ years of hands-on experience on at least one Project Management tool preferably open source is a must. 

- Great capabilities to handle things in Excel is a plus. 

- Total IT experience of 9-12 years with 4+ years of work experience in project delivery environment handling multiple projects at a time, Partner management. 

- Excellent exposure of preparing and presenting status, reports, and plans to Senior leadership including CXOs. 

- The operating style suited to working in a small-organization setting, where teamwork and resourcefulness are highly valued Technical experience in managing the Engineering team directly or indirectly would be an added advantage. 

- Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with little supervision 

- Prior exposure to either urban governance sector, public sector, development sector, or consulting is an added advantage. 

- High level of spoken and written fluency in English.
