Technical/Product Trainer - BPO/ITeS

Looking for Technical / Product Trainer that can really shine! This important role in the Marketing and Sales organization will contribute to the business goal of building the Organisations Training programs through instructional design, training development and training delivery best practices.

What the Organisation Has to Offer :

- Work with the Global headquarters training development team to design and develop sales and technical training curricula for customers in India.

- Work with technical experts in Engineering and Product Management to fully understand and communicate the value and power of Organisations solutions to external and internal customers.

- Work with India web-based team to market, promote and coordinate customer training events.

- Plan, coordinate and deliver training to India new hires.

- Maintain training materials, equipment and facilities for ongoing training delivery in region.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree (Electrical/Electronics) in area of specialty or at least 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area

- Strong preference for candidates with an understanding of electrical basics and energy industry experience

- Knowledge of instructional design concepts and principles

- Project management skills, tool familiarity, extensive software skill are required

- Ability to work with outside of vendors/contractors to bring projects to fruition

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to understand and communicate concepts quickly and accurately

- Accomplished presentation skills

- Desire to continuously learn new features of development tools and software

- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills

- High attention to detail

- Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines

- Work both independently and within a team
