The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for owning and driving the development of the platform. This would include understanding Product Vision, Market Research, Identification of opportunities, prioritising of activities, defining road map and the GTM Strategy, Technical planning, Running sprints and collaborating with all Stakeholders.

Description:

1 Collaborate with the Leadership team for the Product Vision and develop, maintain and Own the Product Road map.

2 Design the high level architecture to achieve the product objectives.

3 Break Product Road map into quarterly and monthly plans to achieve product goals.

4 Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments

5 Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required

6 Providing leadership to the engineering team and helping them solve critical issues.

7 Be data driven in approach and handle growth in a fast paced environment.

8 Own the Release Management and Devops infrastructure for the project

9 Take responsibility for the scaling, availability, security and performance of the platform.

10 Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders

Profile :

1 Proven experience in Full Stack Development.

2 Must have worked as a Project Manager or Architect for a scaled B2C product.

3 Must have worked on React Native, NodeJs, GraphQL, REST, Typescript.

4 Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.

5 Experience of running Sprints and Scrum using Agile development methodologies.

6 Experience of event driven tools like Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar.

7 Hands-on Experience of Cloud Technologies like AWS and Azure.

8 Exposure of practical implementation of AI / ML models to enhance product value.

9 Experience of server architecture including handling Linux, Nginx, Express servers.

10 Experience of setting up Docker containers with Kubernetes in a Microservices environment.
