Technical Product Manager - Platform - B2C Fintech

Role: Technical Product Manager (Platform) - With India's fastest growing B2C Fintech

Location: Bangalore

Company: The company is one of the fastest growing fintechs in the country. It is a Series B funded product based fintech firm leveraging cutting edge digital technologies to transform the way banking is experienced by customers. The company has already acquired 2 million customers through its breakthrough products and is on its way to acquire 5 million customers in the next 3 years. The company is backed by large global institutional investors. The funding is being utilized for product development & market expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

The company has various internal API based product platforms that are used by the consumer facing apps to build tailored customer experience for the specific target segment. The current role will have responsibility for building and maintaining these platform products/services.

- Work with all internal stakeholders (B2C product teams, internal operations and tech teams, business etc) to identify common products and services that should be platformized, pitch ideas and gain buy-in from stakeholders.

- Create, maintain and own the platform product roadmap, write PRDs, plan and execute sprints with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of the roadmap.

- Communication with all stakeholders for upcoming, ongoing, and existing features/services to ensure readiness, completeness and adoption.

- Track product adoption, funnel conversions, A/B tests etc and optimise them to achieve business and product objectives.

Desired Profile:

Work ex :

- 3+ years of experience in Product Management

- Prior experience in managing internal/B2B/SaaS products

- Background in Software development/management

Required Skills:

- Should have good understanding of technology, architecture, APIs etc

- Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of financial products and operations.

- Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders on a continuous basis.

Education:

Bachelors/Master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business or Engineering
