Position : Technical Product Manager

Experience : 5-8 Yrs

Key deliverable:

- Ability to marshal and motivate resources to drive projects to completion

- Able to adopt a broad view of the business across all functions and product areas to understand how his/her responsibilities fit into the - bigger picture-

- Analytical, logical and fact-oriented - with the ability to dig deep to uncover all aspects of an issue prior to making a decision.

- Experience documenting, clarifying requirements and articulating the product vision to engineering team

- Proven experience in delivering/shipping quality commercial projects and/or products on time and within budget

- A good understanding of the product development cycle, including design, development, testing, documentation, and support

- Strong English language communication skills

Responsibilities:

- In an agile environment, drive the entire product life cycle: requirements definition through specification, design, coding, quality assurance, release and support.

- Prioritize ruthlessly -- Clarify, prioritize and drive commitments and enforce accountability within teams.

- Effectively manage internal and external expectations and drive resolution of customer issues or escalations.

- Be involved in day to day tactical and operational activities of the product, but not losing sight of the strategic initiatives.

- Provide functional context to the engineering team to help build better products or provide creative solutions to customer issues.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience as Technical Product Manager

- With 3+ years working with enterprise software & technology product Development.

- MS SharePoint and SAP experience preferred

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent and an MBA from a recognized institution
