Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for driving your product roadmap, and delivering new features, based on customer feedback, business objectives, research, and market trends
- Be accountable for business goals related to product ownership such as time to value and adoption
- Partner with customers and understand our users (software developers, build, platform, and release engineers) deeply; design solutions they find intuitive and delightful.
- Demonstrate structured, and data-driven problem-solving and prioritization skills, using strong verbal and written communication
- Use data to make good decisions when confronted by ambiguity. Analyze KPIs to identify, size, and prioritize areas for improvement. Develop regular reporting as needed.
- Be the leading expert on product. Understand industry trends and evolution and provide future-proof inputs for the roadmap
- 3+ years of B2B SAAS software product management experience defining requirements, iterating on solutions and owning end-to-end delivery.
- Fantastic problem-solving abilities, analytical horsepower, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable translating ambiguous high-level analytics questions into concrete engineering asks
- Strong UX/UI sensibility - you understand when having a few pixels offset could determine success or failure
- Bachelor or Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- A good understanding of ERP and CRM systems will be a plus
- A good understanding of invoicing, billing, accounting principles will be a plus
- A good understanding of account payables and receivables concepts will be a plus
- Hands-on experience with at least one ERP will be preferred (Tally, SAP FI, Oracle Netsuite etc. )
