Our Client is a subsidiary of the USD 9 Billion Fairfax Financial Holdings

Overall responsibility for meeting agreed-upon deliverables, timeframes and quality metrics for the project for scope of work

Identifies resources needs for the project and liaise with the resource management team(capability) to mobilize resources for the project.

Work closely with cross functional managers and Technical & Domain experts

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Manages project budget.

Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.

Implementing quality control and assurance practices to be followed by the project team

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good listening skills, and ability to adjust your communication style to your audience

Excellent communication skills, including presentations and high-quality documentation.

Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees; communicating job expectations

Experience and Qualification Required:

Bachelor/Master's degree with near 10 years of Experience in IT Product Implementation companies in Professional Services or related teams.

Direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

Should have handled at least 3-4 large / medium scale projects from end to end in PM roles.
