Technical Product Manager - Financial Services Firm

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Able to identify and map best Product/ Technical solution practices across geographies and Industries and leverage their skills to map

- Develop product strategy in line with business vision and digital roadmap

- Enhance Product offering; keep adding new features as per business requirements- Collaborate with Business and Technology teams to define product requirements and success metrics

- Align closely with Customer Service to build and maintain a strong customer experience- Manage the product lifecycle of the solution across all phases - Introduction, Growth, Maturity/Stability -

- Monitor adoption and review success metrics

Expected candidate profile :

- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management

- Prior experience in leading B2C/Fintech/eCommerce product startups

- Demonstrated track record of delivering large cross-functional, customer-facing products- Strong bias towards ensuring the exceptional customer experience

- Experience in developing and evolving products with a strong track record of successful product delivery

- Proven track record of working on customer-facing product -

- Experience working closely with Technology/UX teams to imagine, scope, and build customer-facing products

- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and groups at every level in the organization

- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results

- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
