- A strong experience in operating, managing, and delivering results in a consumer facing e-commerce industry.

- Have a strong track record of shaping business strategy for technical products or services and possess a strong understanding of the industry

- Layout enhancement for the entire set of Internet and Mobile products.

- Responsible for designing front-end frameworks for web, mobile and web based application user interfaces.

- Work closely with engineers to develop the product offerings

- Working closely with Technology and Marketing team on continues improvement in SEO

- Should have good knowledge on market research supported by on-going interaction with internal and external stakeholders

- Mentor and develop other members of the Product team

- Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.

- This position requires a team player and a self-starter

- A successful candidate should have the ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.

- Experience with complex problem solving and analysis using statistical methods, financial modeling, and network optimization modeling

- Strong attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications

- Have a strong track record of shaping business strategy for technical products or services and possess a strong understanding of the industry

- Should have an entrepreneurial spirit

- Excellent problem solver, strong analytical skills Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree from top tier university - BS in Engineering, Computer Science

- Should have good understanding of eCommerce industry
