We are seeking a skilled and visionary Technical Product Head for our client company, who is a leader in the Consulting industry.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product direction is consistent with market trends and customer demands.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and leadership to guide the development team in creating innovative and feasible product solutions. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from defining requirements and specifications to overseeing design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless execution throughout the product development lifecycle.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and gather insights to shape product features and enhancements. Utilize customer feedback to drive iterative improvements.
Risk Management: Anticipate potential challenges and risks in product development and formulate mitigation strategies. Make informed decisions to ensure the product's success and stability.
Budget and Resource Management: Manage the product development budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve optimal outcomes. Balance technical requirements with cost considerations.
Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing processes to maintain product quality, reliability, and security. Strive for continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics and user feedback.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to gather insights and understand evolving needs. Foster strong relationships to enhance collaboration and align product strategies.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Proven Experience: A minimum of 8 years in technical product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success in bringing complex software products to market.
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes, technologies, and architecture. Ability to engage in technical discussions and guide the team effectively.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to formulate and execute product strategies that align with business objectives. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving teams toward a common goal.
