Responsibilities Includes :
- This role manages a global team responsible for monitoring, maintaining, supporting and improving TE's global HR systems, applications & Integrations.
- The successful candidate will be accountable for managing & building a strong team of IT professionals, setting metric driven goals, measuring and reporting against them, while ensuring that our internal customers receive a top-notch customer experience.
- This person will be dedicated to continual improvement of global HR systems, applications, & integrations. The successful candidate will be experienced in daily operational management and ongoing development of an experienced technical engineering team with a broad technical skill base
- Oversees the support & implementation of HR information systems & applications incl. system upgrades, enhancements, and data integrations, while ensuring data integrity and security.
- Manages and oversees the HR Technology & Integrations Operations Team, which includes but is not limited to hiring, training, evaluating and coaching employees
- Works collaboratively with regional HR Solutions & Services leadership, COE's, Payroll and other appropriate stakeholders to analyse & improve current processes, identify new system functionalities, recommend and implement changes.
- Deliver a high value service by ensuring service levels are met, processes are followed, and policies are adhered to. Foster & Implement a Shift Left mindset
- Responsible for Change Control across global HR systems
- Responsible for Product Support of our global HR systems & applications including SaaS, & In-house applications.
- Provide reports and metrics to leadership on performance of the function
- Develop executive level communications/presentations, lead weekly service reviews and Quarterly Business Review's
- Stays abreast of relevant market trends in both HR technology and workforce analytics.
Required Experience / HR Knowledge :
Desired Profile :
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.
- Typically requires minimum 8+ years of professional working experience in HR environment with progressive experience in developing, implementing and managing HR systems, applications, & Integrations
- Typically requires minimum 3+ years of managerial experience.
- Must have strong understanding of systems architecture, configurations, relational databases & integrations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and define how the HRIS and HR processes meet business needs
- Demonstrated ability to manage international teams and cross-functional projects.
- Experience in managing / supporting SAP SuccessFactors
- Experienced in ITIL framework and best practices e.g. SLA's, KPI.s, etc
- Software Lifecycle Management
