Technical Experience: Minimum 05-10 Years in Software Development in technologies like Web, Database, Windows, Mobile. Implementation. Software Architecture, Technical Team Lead.

Team Management Experience: >10 years, including Department Management for some years, Management experience with Department size / Teams size >20

Description

- The Technical Manager is responsible for building up and running a software development department for an embedded department for an MNC based in Vadodara.

- He will supervise all members of his development team either directly or indirectly.

Responsibilities ;

- Tasks in Line Organization

- Recruiting and team building

- Enforce the software development processes

- Strongly engaged in process improvement activities

- Involvement in overall resource planning

- Annual Budget Planning for Department

- Develop all needed competences

- Plan and organize training of team members

- Take care for employee satisfaction

- Annual Reviews

- Take care of provision and availability of technical infrastructure

Skills :

- Well founded and up-to-date software development background

- Experience with projects in the area of Web, Mobile, Windows applications Using Microsoft Technology Stack, .NET
