- Recruiting and team building

- Enforce Software development processes

- Strongly engaged in process improvement activities

- Involvement in overall resource planning

- Annual Budget Planning for Department

- Monthly reporting.

- Develop all needed competences

- Plan and organize training of team members

- Take care for employee satisfaction

- Annual Reviews

- Take care of provision and availability of technical infrastructure

Leadership skills

- Well founded and up-to-date software development background

- Understand full Software Development Process

- Agile Development

- DevOps

- Experience with projects in the area of Web, Mobile, Windows applications

- Using Microsoft Technology Stack, .NET

- If possible: Cloud Services (Azure)

- Very good communication skills

- Experience in project planning and project management
