Technical Manager - IT

Manager IT - Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct interviews, hire and train new technical support/IT staff

- Provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in

- Provide guidance and insight to clients and other stakeholders

- Contribute to product design and the establishment of requirements

- Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects

- Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget

- Oversee user testing and report results-adjust requirements as needed

- Review all work produced by the development team

- Setup coding standards and ensure it is followed

- Take the ownership of the project and deliverables

Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in management

- Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms

- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

- Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)

- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

- Experience in the Spring Framework

- Strong UI/UX understanding

- Exposure to API design and development

- Experience of Web development on open source technologies

Qualification:

- B.Tech or equivalent

- 8+ years of work experience in IT industry

Experience Range: 8 - 12 years

Educational Qualifications:Any Graduation and above
