- Looking for someone with 8-11 yrs experience software development experience with strong hands-on skills, solid understanding of architecture and design patterns

- Deep technical knowledge of .Net, C#, MVC, WCF, XML, XSLT, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery

- Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with FAST Search for SharePoint 2010 including installation, configuration, integration and customization

- Experience in promoting SharePoint policies, standards, and best practices.

- Experience in designing SharePoint information architecture, taxonomies and metadata schemas for classifying content.
