Technical Manager - eCommerce

Job Description

Job Specification: Technical Manager's role and responsibilities includes blend of skill sets of technologies, software design and architect skills, project management skills, project administration skills, project execution skills and people management skills

Requirements:

- Project Management

- Exposure, understanding and appreciation of agile practices

- Resource management

- Task management

- Ability to handle single or multiple projects

- Ability to handle team of 5-10 members

- Project management reporting

- Knowledge of at least one SCRUM management tool is must

Technology -

- Expert level knowledge in Java development language

- Knowledge of Object Oriented Concepts (OOC) and Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP)

- Knowledge and experience in applying design principle concepts

- Experience in architecting and designing the solutions

- Experience of architectural patterns such as MVC, MVP, MVVM etc.

- Excellent knowledge and experience in web technologies, server side technologies, high traffic e-commerce platforms & cloud based technologies.

- Knowledge of DBMS and exposure to at least one DBMS such as MYSQL, Oracle Exposure to JIRA, Skills tracking to complex product roadmaps is a must

- Knowledge and proficiency in open source technologies preferred

- Be flexible to travel outside of country, must have global work experience

Qualification : MCA, BE or equivalent. MBA is an additional advantage
