Technical Manager - AEM - Digital Marketing Technical Team

We have an opportunity for a Technical Manager- AEM for one of our client in Noida.

Job Description:

Technical Manager is responsible for building and leading an outstanding team of consultants for ensuring quality services delivery building POCs/Demos to the sales team. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency while establishing high standards for engagement quality and delivery. Recruit and develop a team of best in class consultants and manage utilization goals to ensure performance against plan.

Responsibilities

- Build and Manage a high-performing Digital Marketing technical team

- Mentor and guide the team on technical aspects of demos/POCs.

- Engage in requirements elicitation and defining the delivery plan for POCs/Demos

- Manager the demo queues and improve efficiency in delivery through standards, best practices and re-use

- Champion re-use across the teams and be responsible for productivity improvements

- Develop and implement delivery processes to improve engagement efficiency, increase productivity and mitigate risk

- Provide support and guidance to consultants on technical, delivery and operational aspects of managing the team

- Conduct regular 1-on-1 sessions with team members and provide relevant feedback and updates to team members and upper management

- Perform tactical team management activities as required including timesheet approval, coordinate team meetings, completion of HR related tasks & planning of team events

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key client stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to quarterly business reviews and sales visits

- Execute annual performance review processes for team members to promote consultant job satisfaction and professional growth

- Consistently maintain team morale, especially in times of change

Requirements

- 15+ years of overall experience with at least 3-5 years of experience in the Digital Marketing domain (preference would be given for Adobe Marketing Cloud technical knowledge and experience)

- Strong leadership skills including the ability to develop, influence and motivate a team to maximize results

- Good technical experience in the areas Application Development and Maintenance

- Architecture and Solution design experience would be a plus

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact and communicate with all levels of an organization both internally and externally

- Ability to lead, collaborate, triage and make decisions in a fast paced, changing environment

- Demonstrated proficiency in team management and consulting delivery including financial management

- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills

- Commitment to company values and business objectives

- Good hands-on delivery experience for multiple small to medium sized projects related to digital marketing

- Prefer Scrum Master Certification, ITIL and similar certifications
