Technical Leader - Java - Startup

We have an opportunity for Technical Leader - Java for a start up based in Bangalore.

Job Description:

- Demonstrated ability to lead development & QA teams through out the whole software life cycle including operations, customer support.

- Demonstrated experience in delivering complex applications using an Agile methodology

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Strong knowledge of Java

- Strong knowledge of OOD and design patterns

- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, JQuery

- Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Backbone, angular.js, React.js

- Experienced with the delivery of RESTful Applications

- Familiar with several development tools.

- Distributed systems inclination

Outcomes:

- Contribute to the developments

- Lead the design of new functionalities

- Review designs with other team

- Provide estimates and development plans

- Enforce software quality by conducting code reviews, mandating Unit Tests and system tests.

- Provide regular update about the team progress

- Coordinate customer support during the EU and Asia daytime

- Build internal tools, processes, and automation for Ops.

- Assist with direct customer support activities

- Deliver presentations to meetups & conferences, publish technical blogs
