Technical Leader - Aircraft/Automotive Firm

- Required Analytics and Machine Learning experience in either Aircraft, Automotive, Industrial, Power industries. Experience in Physical-Digital technologies is preferred.

- Own team operation functions within the discipline; this will include all elements of goal setting, strategy definition, operating rhythms, mentoring employees and project execution. - Work closely in Physical and Digital disciplines to identify strategy technologies, breakouts, and missions that TO needs to drive to ensure differentiated Digital Twin capabilities for the company.

- Contribute in a technical capacity to programs and projects.

- Work closely with Chiefs, Senior Principals & Principals to drive technical direction for projects and organization and coach for the team to drive technical excellence.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Master's Degree in a related technical discipline with a minimum of 15 years of experience

- Demonstrated impact, leadership capability and ability to lead, build and energize cross-functional teams in high-impact technology in the area of Physical-Digital technologies including but not limited to artificial intelligence, text mining, voice application, sensing technologies, prognostics, predictive analytics, domain-based signal processing, physics-based modeling for real-time applications.

- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and industry trends; simplify strategy into specific actions, make decisions and communicate priorities. Strong industry knowledge in Power, Transportation or Healthcare segments. Desired Characteristics
