One of our clients which is a leading pest control services company is looking to hire a Technical Lead with experience in Product Development, Research and Development.

Job Description:

- Drive operational excellence in service fulfillment for Hi care services by defining standard service protocols for pest management

- Introduce best practices through interactions with industry experts, leaders and vendors

- Drive continuous improvement of service protocols

- Provide directions to regional teams to improve customer efficacy and reduce complaints

- Define standard training protocols for field technicians and supervisory team

- Provide customized solutions for large accounts for pest management

- Assist Products/Category team in the development of new Products and Services
