Technical Lead - .Net Architect - IT

Role: Technical Lead - Dot Net Architect

Client: Business process management company

Responsibilities:

- Lead 4-8 person teams technically, driving the design and implementation of small to medium size projects; provide robust solutions to complex technical problems.

- Learn and implement new technologies within a short period of time.

- Work with Large Financial institutions to develop complex and secured solutions.

- Understand and translate design to effective code.

- Will be responsible for Unit / Integration testing.

- Will be responsible for designing database.

Requirements:

- Experience of 10-12 years with at least 7 years on .NET.

- Strong understanding of OOAD Concepts and software engineering best practices.

- Hands-on experience on said technologies.

- Experience with Data modeling is mandatory.

- Completed atleast 2 full project life cycle.

- Conversant with Software Testing process.

- Awareness of quality process would be a plus.

- Thorough understanding of Databases
