Mature Technical Lead:

- Searching for a strong team player ; a mature and experienced technical lead with working knowledge of native android & iOS platforms and experience in backend databases and server optimizations to lead the engineering team and deliver outstanding results as a team.

- The tech lead needs to be innovative in his approach to solving problems and be inspiring to get the best work done from his engineers in a nice fun environment. Staying abreast with the latest developments in the industry along with bringing new-age solutions to help optimize the product at all times.

- The lead will work closely with the CEO and Product team to understand product requirements, contribute to feature suggestions, improve user journeys, and overlook the entire life cycle of the App development from conceptualizing, coding, and testing to the launch of the App and continuous iterations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Determining project requirements and developing optimum sprints for the team.

- Overlooking Code quality assurance and achieving weekly, and monthly goals.

- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and deploying improved solutions

- Motivating team players and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
