Technical Lead - IT

Responsibilities :

- Lead implementation and development of the assigned solution

- Liaise with the development partner to define development roadmap and ensure adherence

- Design user interactions on web pages

- Oversee Development of back-end website applications

- Ensure responsiveness of developed applications across platforms

- Formulate mechanisms/methodologies for development work estimation and agree upon the work efforts required for any desired module with the development partner

Minimum Qualification:

- 4-year (Full-time) Bachelor's Degree in IT/CSE/Electronics & Communication / Computer Applications or equivalent OR MCA from any university/ Professional Institution recognized by Government

- 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in full stack development of web-based application/software

- Team management and problem solving mindset

- Ability to multi-task and display strong result-oriented approach

- Good communication, project execution & planning skills

- Excellent inter-personal and team skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
