Technical Lead - IT

Position : Zoho - Technical Manager

We have an opening for the position of Zoho Technical Manager for one of our reputed client at New York ,United States. Our client is a very innovative, fast-growing, mission-driven population health management company that assists with value-based care initiatives. Their objective is simple: improve health outcomes and reduce total cost of care.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Candidate will manage zoho operations which will include master design, develop & deploy new functionalities primarily in Zoho CRM & Zoho Creator to solve business problems based on brief provided by the business team.

- Must be an independent thinker - should suggest improvements in new developments & anticipate issues.

- Should be an expert in Zoho creator, must be proficient in Zoho Deluge. Candidate will work closely with our development team to ensure progress & timely delivery of projects.

1. Collaborate with our US team to design, develop and implement new Zoho CRM / Creator functionalities including developing new workflows and lead automation projects.

2. Should independently lead integration projects and bug fixes.

3. Must have an in-depth understanding of the system architecture to anticipate issues with existing processes & new functionalities.

4. Should be a resourceful problem solver that can ask relevant questions to understand business problem at hand and work towards developing solutions.

5. Fluency in English is a key requirement, candidates that have worked with US clients in the past are preferred.

6. Organizes team learning events to train users on new developments / applications and provide ongoing support to users.

7. Manage long-term delivery roadmap & ensure timely completion of projects.

Skills and qualifications :

1. Expert in Zoho creator & should have worked with Zoho Deluge

2. Should be able to work independently once goals are set, without supervision.

3. Strong spoken and written communication skills.

4. Intermediate knowledge of MS excel

5. Work hours are IST 2.30pm to 11.30pm.

Education & Experience :

1. Proven work experience with CRM. Prior experience with integration & automation project is a plus

2. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Master's degree is a plus.

3. Min 10 years of work experience of which min 5 Years of Experience directly with Zoho a must.

Salary : As per the candidate's present salary and experience.
