Forward Planning-Space, Manning, Hardware & Software

Hiring (interviewing & special sourcing), training & set-up

Internal Job Allocation, Planning and Monitoring Deliveries

Timely Delivery, within the allotted Man-months

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Archiving of technical information/ documents

Mentoring, training & Career Planning of the Technical Staff

Technical Management of JVs & other partners

Preparing and updating Technical Sub-contracts. Pre-Qualification of Sub- consultants & Associates

Obtaining & Maintaining Quality Certifications & Technical Codes

Day to day directions to technical staff on technical issues and deliveries

Team motivation, team engagement, employee career progression, attrition

Ensure ISO & SOP compliance including ensuring complete documentation and checklist submission to Quality Cell.
