Technical Lead - Energy Technology Firm

Responsibilities

- The technical lead will be responsible to develop, deploy and maintain company's store. This role will involve defining the infrastructure for staging, production, testing and deployment on AWS cloud. This will involve working with all other stakeholders to understand their feature requirements and implement them.

- The Store is developed on the magento platform and integrates with Enlighten cloud, Salesforce, Oracle, payment gateways and other third party solutions. This individual will be responsible for defining the upgrade strategy and implementation of technology and infrastructure upgrades according to a predefined plan.

Skillset:

- Hands on development experience on ecommerce platforms (Magento preferred)

- Strong programming skills in PHP, Node.js, Angular / React js. Knowledge in Python will be a plus

- Web development skills in HTML, CSS, Themes

- Localization, and supporting multiple geographies

- Building cron jobs, and backend customizations

- Good understanding of AWS services - EC2, Backup, Load balancing, Route53, DNS etc

- Knowledge in Python or Ruby, Linux shell scripts will be a bonus

- Strong documentation, communication and presentation skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills to work across various teams.

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
