Job Description - To supply the best battery solutions by designing and selecting the appropriate structure and manage the performance, life cycle and especially battery testing program.

Description :

- Preparation of technical specifications/drawing/SOPs/manuals related to Battery systems

- Selection & Test system of Battery

- Selection & Design housing for large battery storage system.

- Ensure quality of incoming material

- Establish analysis procedures

- Assist supply chain management system in procurement

- Educate concerned AM team members

Profile:

- 5-12 years of relevant experience with Bachelors/Masters in Chemical Engineering

- Knowledge of various battery technologies, understanding technical advantages and limitations for applications in energy storage

- Key knowledge in materials science, interface/surface science and electrochemistry relevant to battery materials and failure analysis work

- Knowledge of the fundamental principles of electrical energy storage devices, electrochemical energy storage materials and material-property relationships

- Assemble high voltage battery packs and manage battery test equipment

- Manage performance, lifecycle and specialty battery testing program

- Knowledge of high voltage power electronics, HALT and HASAA testing

- Solid understanding of electrical system, heat transfer and HVAC system

- Understanding of application of Renewable Energy Hybrid Systems
