Technical Trainer / IT Trainer

We are looking for a Technical Trainer for a leading German MNC (Automobile) in IT infrastructure.

- Understand the training of all the IT departments and prepare an annual calendar for the year

- Understanding the competency gaps and plan to bridge them through various learning initiatives - Both on job and off job

- Develop, implement, and monitor IT training programs within an organization

- Management of Conferences & Seminars.

- Coordinate (and confirm) trainers/assessors, room/venue and equipment hire and catering requirements to meet training course schedules.

- To monitor the take-up of training, profile and attendance rates of participants, quality and evaluation.

- Maintain course and employee Training records and generate the defined and adhoc reports.

- Raise and maintain the Training purchase orders.

- Process and maintain the vendor payment for services rendered timely.

- Process and maintain the employee training reimbursements as per defined timelines.
