US Hiring Role - Technical - Morning Shift
Urgently looking for US Technical Hiring team for one of the leading Financial IT Organisation:
Experience: 2-5 years
Qualification: MBA Regular from Tier 2
Job Role:
- Source exceptional talent, build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline to meet the needs of our high growth strategy.
- Utilize proactive, creative and cost-effective recruitment methods to attract and source a diverse pool of candidates including leveraging online recruiting resources, social media, ATS, meet-up groups, University partnerships.
- High competency with candidate sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ability to quickly learn and adopt new technology as required.
- Think strategically and act proactively to fill current needs as well as understand the value in building a pipeline for future opportunities. Identify pools of talent for unique, competitive or difficult to fill roles.
- Leverage data & analytics to advise business on diverse sourcing strategies and ensure pipelines are inclusive of diverse representation.
What You'll Need :
- Experience in technical sourcing of top and senior-level Product/Software Engineering talent for US.
- Excellent research, sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and stakeholders through the provision of solid market insights.
- Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure
- Familiarity with FinTech hiring trends and previous experience in Software/Internet/IT Consulting industry will be a plus.
- The ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and a knack for finding creative ways to hire top tech talent.
