Job Description - Must have Experience in banking/financial services Organization in Technical role.

MUST:

- Verification of construction as per drawing & estimate.

- To visit the hubs in such a manner that each hub has been covered

- To manage the vendors and their auditing by conducting sampling of disbursed cases and publish a report on a monthly basis.

- Assessing the valuation of the property - Independently as well as ratication of vendor reports Supervision of technology vendors in liaison with the credit team

- Tracking the progress of the approved projects and updation of work progress.

- Creation of Technical Policy - HUB/Location wise

- Preparation of construction funding report for the projects.

- Keep abreast of Market and Real estate developments
