Technical Head - Non-Motor Underwriting - Insurance

Role:

- Responsible for technical underwriting - Non Motor for South region.

- Responsible for exploring new avenues of business.

- To ensure proper TAT, implementation of U/W guidelines and statutory compliances.

- Product training to team members

- Ensuring productivity, team engagement and training

- Monitoring of bottom line and to take remedial measures wherever required

- Work in synergy with market and internal teams, relationship building with intermediary

- Collating and providing market feedback to top management and business heads

The Person:

- 8+ years in General Insurance with at least 5 years into Technical underwriting role for Non Motor.

- Certification Required: Fellowship - III
