- Experience to be on Microsoft Technologies ( C#, ASP.NET, ASP.ENT CORE, ANGULAR, MVC, WEBApi, Azure etc)

- Acting as a delivery lead for our strategic project accounts.

- Technical lead on very large projects, leading the delivery with a number of architects reporting to you

- Responsibility for the successful delivery of large projects, to budget and satisfaction of the client

- Working across multiple projects.

- High impact, fixed outcome consulting to senior client stakeholders

- Setting up and monitor project commercials, tracking and invoicing

- Strategic consulting to the delivery practices

- Acting as a worker and leader in components of the development and maintenance of consulting and technology strategy

- Development of our IT advisory and strategic consulting capability

- Facilitating and developing solution blueprints across the delivery practices

- Develop a culture of excellence within the business

- Develop repeatable consulting practices

- Be a career advisor to a handful of consultants
