Job Description :

- Head the end-to-end Technology division including software engineering, delivery, infrastructure & IT ops for one of the global customers of our Client

- Drive business & manage P&L for the account while ensuring stakeholder mgmt between the customer and in-house teams

Description :

- Head and manage all aspects of Technology for the customer - software engineering/ development, building of platforms/ solutions, delivery, IT infra, IT ops, etc.

- Be the face for Tech solutions delivery for the customer and contribute to strategic decisions, sales/ presales pitches, technical evaluations, etc.

- Instil the right engineering culture within teams and focus on scaling up the solutions/ platforms + teams with continued hiring, training & development

- Be up to date with new tech trends & identify new opportunities to work on tech innovations to deliver to the customer ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction + compliance

- Drive business & manage P&L responsibilities , maximising revenues

- Strong leadership & stakeholder mgmt skills to strike the right balance between in-house & customer teams, peers & leadership via highest collaboration

Profile :

- Strong experience in Technology particularly in platform/ services development, engineering & delivery

- Holistic experience in technology stacks mainly java and others such as but not limited to devops, cloud, microservices architecture, etc.

- Should have previously set up teams & platforms from scratch and taken it to scale

- Strong leadership, stakeholder mgmt., collaboration, and recruitment/ grooming skills

- Very adept in managing/ interfacing with clients and working in a matrix organisational culture

- Be updated on latest technologies & trends and develop internal teams & solutions in line with upcoming advancements in tech to deliver best results to the client

- Good understanding & experience of infra , IT ops and processes
