Oracle fusion HCM technical Consultant
JD:
1) Candidate should have 4-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Applications
2) Experience in HCM Cloud Conversion using HDL and HSDL
4) Experience in BI Publisher, HCM Extracts and Fast Formula
5) Must have worked on RTF Template, E-text template, excel template
6) Good to have working knowledge in Fusion Security
Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant
JD:
- 70% Functional + 30% Technical or even 50-50 is also fine
- Expertise in Core HR + Security functional
- Must have Core HR + Security hands on experience respective of Implementation and Support project both
- Must have good troubleshooting approach and perform as an individual contributor
- Strong aptitude and analytical skills
- On technical side basic understanding of any one or two of skill (HCM Extracts/HDL/BIP/OTBI Report) is okay
JD:
- We are looking for candidates who have worked in development of Custom Bolt-On modules in PeopleSoft HRMS.
- Experience of all phases of the system lifecycle including analyzing, designing, coding, unit testing and documentation of PeopleSoft applications
- Experience in integration with 3rd party systems
- Experience in creating technical design specifications
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and top-quality delivery
- Professional, proactive attitude be a strong team player.
- Proven track record of working on PeopleSoft HRMS Implementation projects
