Technical Consultant - IT

- Support the product usage and respond to business queries for technical / functional assistance or a combination of both, over emails or calls as and when needed.

- To assist in the production analytics / technical / customer services by ensuring that systems and application run smoothly and are set up correctly. This involves daily monitoring of the existing procedure around automation, streamlining, health checks and safety checking.

- Troubleshoot, Investigate and resolve Data/Application errors reported by Users.

- Provide technical assistance to Client Implementation/Onboarding team

- Work on adhoc database scripting (MS SQL) tasks needed for onboarding the client

- Escalation of issues to management as required.

- Provide agreed management information as required

- Utilise the application support and change management systems effectively

- Mentor colleagues with less SQL experience

- Pier review SQL code

- Implement changes and improvements to the procedures and processes to cope with a rapidly evolving system environment.

- Documentation of the operational processes and maintenance of the repository

- Ensure that mitigating actions and processes take place for when the automated process breaks down (regular)
