Client Engagement Manager
Requirements :
- Duck creek technical delivery experience a must
- 10+ years of work experience as Technical/Delivery Manager
- Insurance expert who understand the nitty-gritties of the industry, its emerging trends and needs. Experience in Specialty insurance preferred.
- Solid experience in implementing enterprise grade software solutions for insurance (E.g. Duck Creek, Guidewire)
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, influence and pitch to key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs and good understanding of Change Management processes
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Experience of working in an on-shore/off-shore delivery model
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to various types of contractual models and delivery models
Responsibilities :
- Serve as lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors where they rely on your insurance technology acumen and look at you for unbiased suggestions
- Identify problems to solve (even those that the customer might not have realized), look for best technology based options keeping customer interest at the center (E.g. Software to use, build vs buy), perform option analysis and present recommendation to all internal and external stakeholders
- Collect feedback from customer on regular basis (at engagement level, project level, individual level) and work with relevant stakeholders to fill gaps (if any)
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
- Closely work with multiple internal departments and their representatives both onshore and offshore with a common purpose of customer delight
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
