About the role : The company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Technical Assistant to the Managing Director (MD). With upcoming projects in Eastern and Central India, this is an exciting opportunity for those who are looking for roles what contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities :

1. Provide comprehensive technical support to the MD in all aspects of project planning, implementation, and monitoring for upcoming projects

2. Conduct thorough research and analysis on various technical aspects, including feasibility studies, engineering design, project specifications, and compliance requirements

3. Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and reports by gathering and organizing technical data, market research, and project updates

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction departments, to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of projects

5. Support the Management Team in evaluating and selecting vendors, contractors, and suppliers by assessing their technical capabilities, qualifications, and adherence to quality standards

6. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions to ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality expectations

7. Coordinating with multiple external partners to ensure smooth progress

8. Participate in meetings, site visits, and technical discussions with stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and project partners to address technical issues, seek approvals, and maintain positive relationships

9. Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in the steel industry, technology, and project management to provide valuable insights and recommendations

Requirements :

1. Qualified BE/B.Tech graduates with good academic records. Master's degree would be an advantage

2. Proven experience in a technical role within the manufacturing or EPC industry, preferably with exposure to large-scale projects

3. Strong knowledge of production processes, project management methodologies, and relevant technical standards and regulations.

4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct research, interpret data, and provide accurate technical assessments

5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex technical information and interact with stakeholders at various levels.

6. Adaptable and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
