Job description

- Produce detailed technical design and specification for development and systems integration requirements to match the solution design specifications

- Manage development activities across multiple projects to meet project and customer required time lines.

- Creating technical documents like Architecture views, Technology Architecture blueprint and Design specification

- Complete/oversee the custom development and quality efforts for custom work

- Participate in internal projects as required. Participate and lead the project meetings with the customer.

- Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security and scalability of java system architecture.

- Evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider monetary factors of java program

Typically 13 to20 years of experience in software development with proven track record of product family architecture design. Knowledge of complex low level system level components. Hands on experience on a wide variety of platforms and knowledge of many programming languages, design methods, tools and techniques

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 12+ years of industry experience.

- Solid experience in C, C++, Java or C# (expert in at least one).

- Solid expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms.

- Solid understanding of Object Oriented design and concepts.

- Solid UNIX or Linux experience.

- Good understanding of networking concepts.

- Experience with scaling and performance of large systems.

- Great understanding of database theory and solid experience in at least one relational DBMS.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

- Obsession with quality and customer experience - Attention to detail coupled with ability to think abstractly

- Exposure in coding Java enterprise solutions supporting multilingual / localization / internationalization features

- Experience in design, development, implementation and testing of enterprise applications using J2EE technologies

- Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.

- Leading/managing/mentoring team of 25 people for web/mobile/services.

- Leading/managing/mentoring 2-3 architect.

- Ensure the quality of the product technical/functional.

- Setting and maintaining framework for the product.

- Defining and setting up processes for success of technical solutions.

- Communication with client for functional and non-functional requirements.

- Lead the design of new/existing features/services of the product.

- Participated in code and design reviews.
