Job description:

- Solution Architect with more than 10 yrs experience. Atleast 3-4 years in Sitecore.

- Design and implement Sitecore, visualization and development processes

- Strong Knowledge on Sitecore integration with MVC3

- Working experience in microsites (Sitecore)

- Coordinate globally dispersed development, QA, deployment and reuse

- Understanding of industry and enterprise-wide trends

- Utilize deep understanding of Sitecore solutions to make appropriate decisions

- Translate the client’s business requirements into systems design

- Establish high, mid and micro level plans, and estimates for project teams

- Code reviews are a must

- Excellent leadership and team management skills
