In this Architect role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, performing options analysis, ensuring quality/alignment of Designs, and you will demonstrate and apply knowledge of enterprise architecture and standards. You will also be responsible for the development, communication and implementation of the organization's technology architecture and the components required to support it and the integration of corporate and technical architectures and applications.

Primary responsibilities:

- Propose Innovative Solutions for the existing problems of Products.

- Come up with long term architecture roadmap for the existing products.

- Constantly look at security aspects and propose architectural solution for security vulnerabilities.

- Define and create system architecture design document and discuss different pros and cons of any particular approach with Architecture council.

- Develop detailed design specifications, data mapping and data transformation rules as per Product need.

- Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices

- Communicate with internal and external business partners. Should be able to handle Onshore/Offshore model.

- Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups

- Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution.

- Develops pioneering approaches to emerging technology and industry trends.

- Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision

- Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation.

- Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.

- Provide technology leadership to the team. Mentor and guide them whenever required.

- Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor. Participation in monthly PMR.

- Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders

Requirements

Desired Skills :

- Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/MCA/ M. Tech/MS Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant) with minimum 10 years of experience

- Hands on development experience with Microsoft Technologies (C# /ASP.NET,ADO.NET,WCF), Web services, JavaScript /AJAX /JQUERY/DOJO/REST, Markup Languages and Oracle DB environments

- 3-4 years proven experience in architecting multi-tier, distributed, internet applications. Expertise on developing highly integrated, high performing and large scale applications would be required.

- Ability to come up with best in class technical solution for complex business problems.

- Proven expertise on profiler, security tools, design tools and methodologies, cloud etc.

- Expert level fluency with modern and advanced web-based application technologies

- Well versed with Web application security, Patterns and prior experience in building Secure, scalable and preferment applications.

- Experienced in proposing designs using modeling tools and be thorough with latest trends.

- Passionate and ready to provide technical leadership to a very experienced, geographically distributed and senior software development team

- Advanced level capabilities with multi-phased, 'Agile' development methodologies

- Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communications skills

- Passion for high quality documentation and design artifact creation & maintenance

- Ability to communicate, design rationale and build consensus using modeling tools

- Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems.
