Job Description

Position: Technical Architect / Lead

Location: Hyderabad

Description

Technical Architect.

- Looking for an engineering/technology background from a premier institute.

- ++ 7 years work with a product company in TECH role.

- A Technology Architect identifies and sets up the framework that allows the rest of the technology team to deliver.

- This is a VERY hands-on tech role and the person is expected to provide tech leadership within the organization.

- The most difficult problems will come to the individual.

- Some of the real world problems will include working with various aspects of SAAS platform, core component which is involved in scaling web and mobile application, working with Linux kernels etc

Technical Lead

- Looking for an engineering/technology background from a premier institute.

- ++ 6 years work with a product company in TECH role.

- A Technology Lead is a key between the Technology Architects and the developers who actually write the code.

- Guiding the team, identifying the right design, fixing conflicts is the bare bones that keep tech running.

- At the same time, fixing the cutting edge problems on the latest technology, making different pieces of code (or even hardware) with each other, and researching the latest tools and techniques is what keeps the team ready for tomorrow.

- This is a VERY hands-on tech role and the person is expected to provide tech leadership to their team.

- Managing a group of people who are writing code on a daily basis, along with the tech leadership, is what should
